1. Is BigTimeFun Inflatables licensed and insured?
YES! If you would like us to provide you with a copy of our occupational license and insurance certificate, please ask at the time of booking.
2. Are BigTimeFun Inflatables clean?
Yes! All inflatables are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned by our staff, disinfected, and sanitized.
3. Do the inflatables contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?
All our inflatables are made from 100% lead free vinyl. We use many authorized manufacturers within the U.S.A., all of which are inspected before purchase. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
4. What type of parties and events do you provide inflatable fun for?
BigTimeFun Inflatables are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
5. How many children can play in an inflatable at one time?
Unit Occupancy will vary from unit depending on size and capacity. The rental agreement and rules for operation will be provided to you by your local Certified Inflatable Operator and will state the number of users allowed on the equipment you rent. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to be provided with any information that will help make your event both safe and memorable.
6. How much does it cost to rent from BigTimeFun Inflatables?
Bounce House Rental rates will vary based on size and duration of rental, always remaining competitive in the market that is served.
7. How far in advance should I reserve my inflatable?
That would depend on the time of year and what inflatable(s) you would like to rent. Many of our rentals are booked well in advance of the usual holidays and major festivals. The best way to ensure that you will be able to reserve your desired unit is to book as soon as you have decided on the date for a party or event. We make every possible effort to avoid disappointing anyone who requests a specific item. Be sure to call and we will be happy to work with you.
8. What form of payment do you accept? When do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and money orders. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to ensure your receive the desired inflatable. The remaining balance is payable at the time of set-up.
9. Does BigTimeFun Inflatables deliver and setup the inflatables? If so, can we depend on them being on time?
ABSOLUTELY! At BigTimeFun Inflatables, we pride ourselves on our efficient and stress free delivery. Delivery prices may apply based upon the delivery location and unit type. Please contact us for a delivery quote.
10. Am I expected to tip the delivery people?
Our delivery team goes out of their way to make sure you have a great rental experience! If you wish to tip the delivery team for their great service it will be appreciated, but it is not required.
11. How long do I get to keep the inflatable?
The duration of the rental is typically 6 hours. A longer rental agreement can be made with proper advance. Additional fees may apply for full day inflatable rentals.
12. How long does it take to set up an inflatable?
Typically set up takes about 30 minutes depending on the size of the inflatable
13. Can I keep the inflatable over night?
No, Sorry we currently do not accommodate overnight rentals.
14. Why is an adult required at all times to monitor the use of an inflatable?
As is the case with any amusement attraction, playground equipment, or inflatable, there exists the possibility for misuse. Improper use by the occupants, such as climbing on the nets, rough housing, or running into one another can cause serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be in charge of an inflatable at all times to ensure that all safety rules are followed to prevent injury.
15. What happens if it rains?
During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If weather conditions are not severe, you have the option of keeping the Unit for the rental term. If you decide to keep the Unit for the term of the Rental Contract there will be no refunds. Upon sudden severe weather conditions Lessee is to evacuate all persons from the Unit and unplug blower immediately. Do not re-inflate the Unit until all weather conditions have returned to normal.
16. What happens if I lose power?
All inflatables designed for commercial or rental use require a fan or blower that runs continuously. Should the blowers provided to you stop working, immediately remove the children playing in or on the inflatable. Then, check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. If it has tripped, reset the breaker and if this blower is working properly you may continue playing on the inflatable. Should the breaker trip a second time you should try another electrical outlet. If it trips again please call the number provided to you at the time of delivery.
17. How much electricity does the inflatable use?
The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14¢ of electricity per hour, utilizing less energy than most household appliances.
18. Do you bring extension cords?
Yes, BigTimeFun Inflatable swill bring 100 ft of industrial extension cord to accommodate your preferred set up location and determine the best outlet to use. If you anticipate needing to have the inflatable set up more than 100 ft from the electrical outlet, Please notify your Inflatable Operator.
19. Can inflatables be set-up indoors?
Yes. We can set up the inflatables in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or anywhere else that can accommodate the height of our units.
20. Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
21. Can I use a water hose on an inflatable?
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, we do offer units designed for use with water. Your Certified Inflatable Operator will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent from their location.
22. Is it safe to use electricity with inflatables that use water?
It is important when using inflatables that require water that the electrical outlet be protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). This will trip if there is an electrical short. Also, you should ensure that any extension cords or electrical cords are not in or around water.
23. Do you offer more than just bounce house rentals?
